Pre-Built Interfaces
MakerPlot-J has a number of pre-built interfaces for quickly selecting an interface for plotting, data acquisition or control of a system. The Selection Interface provides an image and a brief summary of each pre-built interface which may be opened by clicking on one.
An Interface is essentially a window with controls on it to monitor, log or control the system.
The initial interface is called the "Main Interface" and while in edit mode (F9), additional interfaces, called "Child Interfaces" may be created using CTRL-I or from the Interfaces menu.
The properties of the interfaces may be edited through the Edit menu or using F3 after clicking on the background of the interface to open the Interface Editor to edit aspects of it. While in edit mode, clicking a control or interface will select that item for editing.
