The Message Window will open and list Message Data received. Message data is strings that are not identified as being:

Analog Strings (starting with a value)

Digital Strings (starting with %)

Instructions (Starting with ! or ? for !debug )

Drawing Instructions (Starting with ! or @)

For example, entering a message in the Debug/CLI of simply Hello World opens the box and lists the message. The window text does support the use of \t and \n for tabs and new lines respectively:

Hello World!\nHow are you?

Once minimized or closed, it will not appear with subsequent messages, but may be opened with F7 or !messagesShow.

The Message Window may be cleared with the button on the Window or using !messagesClear.

The checkboxes allow adding the date and time to the text (on by default) and enabling scrolling.

The window text has a maximum size of 50,000 characters.
